An enquiry was received by Franmarine to manage and maintain the Gorgon Project fleet of construction and associated support vessels. All vessels were to be managed strictly in accordance with client operational, quarantine and safety requirements whilst ensuring each vessels individual Classification Society obligations were met.
Franmarine developed a customised vessel inspection programme and routine report template that allowed for accurate 24/7 monitoring of each individual vessel inclusive of damage dimension and repair locations. Additionally, Franmarine was able to present our unequalled assortment of Class Society approvals for supply of vessel inspection and repair surfaces (ABS, DNV/GL, NKK, LLOYDS, BV).
Due to our quality of work and impeccable history with respect to safety and an ongoing zero reportable injury status, Franmarine was selected as the only approved Gorgon Project downstream diving contractor. At peak period a total fleet of 27 vessels were monitored, inspected and maintained with repair methodologies individually customised to meet stringent Class Society requirements and clientele vessel berthing and departure time deadlines. Franmarine is extremely proud to and continues to support the Gorgon Project and supply our quality services to KJV, MMA Offshore, OMSA and PB Towage.
